Colby Barrows takes on roll as the Mansfield Rotary Club's President for the calendar year 2013-2014. With the club totaling 18 people he will have much help with the upcoming programs. Colby will be overseeing the following programs and events for the club: 5k Road Race, Toys For Tots/Goods For Troops, and our Annual Auction, among many other club activities.
